Accompanying the immersive audio-visual experience of Quaran Ahmad’s 2024 album release party, Light In Its Purest Form, this exhibition was meticulously curated by Sacha Reid in May 2024. Drawing inspiration from each song on the emotional and retrospective album, Sacha carefully selected imagery that captured the essence of the music, creating a narrative that paralleled the album’s themes.
The exhibition reflected the evocative visuals of Cameron Harris’s performance, amplifying the album’s emotional journey. Featuring photography by Jon-Edward Stokes, with creative direction by Quaran Ahmad, the exhibition bridged sound and image, immersing viewers in a harmonious blend of artistry.
